THE INFLUENCE OF THE INDUCTION OF TEACHERS IN THE QUALITY OF TEACHING IN THE 1ST GRADE OF BASIC EDUCATION IN MOZAMBIQUE
ABSTRACT: This article has as objective to analyze conceptions about the pedagogical process constructed by teachers at the beginning of their careers without any accompaniment. The research was conducted in 2018 and selected ten teachers who teach in Basic Education. Subjects had between 1 and 2 years of experience. An interview with open and closed questions was conducted. The data are analyzed according to the qualitative approach. The results indicate that the conceptions about pedagogical processes constructed by the teachers interviewed are limited to the processes of collaboration. On the other hand, collaboration between early-career teachers and the more experienced teachers is impractical and problematic.
KEYWORDS: Collaboration. Career induction. Professional development.
